Do what you say you are going to do
This is a simple concept, but is often not valued in todays market place. If you say you are going to do something, do it. If ELC agrees to a time line, we will do everything possible to meet or beat it. If ELC agrees to a price (unless the client changes the scope of work) we will honor that price. This goes for internal as well as external processes. If you agree to something and discover that it is not doable, commit to informing those affected as soon as possible.
